Squat · Bench · Deadlift
Coached by a lifter.
I compete for New Zealand, so everything I coach I've done under a bar myself. Whether you want to try a first meet or you're chasing a bigger total, I'll get you there with a plan and a lot less guesswork.

Powerlifting coaching
From first lift to the platform.
Programming
Blocks built around your lifts, your recovery and your meet calendar — adjusted as you go, not set and forgotten.
Technique
Setup, bracing, bar path and the small cues that add kilos. Filmed, reviewed and drilled until it holds up under load.
Meet prep
Peaking, weight class, kit checks and the rules of the platform, so nothing on the day is a surprise.
On the day
Attempt selection, warm-up timing and someone in your corner who's been there. You just lift.

Technique workshop
Learn the big three properly.
A small-group session on the squat, bench and deadlift. We cover setup, bracing and how each lift should feel, then get hands-on so you leave with cues you can use in your very next session.
Good for beginners who want to lift with confidence, and for anyone who's been lifting a while and wants a fresh set of eyes.

Working with my coach has been such an important part of my powerlifting journey. Through her programming, guidance and support, I've achieved things in the sport I'm incredibly proud of — including placing 2nd overall at the Commonwealth Championships and earning the opportunity to compete at the Junior World Championships.
What I value most is that her coaching goes far beyond writing a program. She has helped me become a stronger, more confident and knowledgeable lifter, while always pushing me to get the best out of myself. Through the highs and challenges of training and competition, she has always been in my corner.
