1-on-1 · Papamoa, Bay of Plenty
Personal training that's actually personal.
Every session is built around you — your goals, your history, how you're feeling that day. I coach every rep, push when you need it and back off when you don't.

Who it's for
Wherever you're starting from.
Brand new to lifting
You've never touched a barbell and the free-weights area feels like someone else's turf. We'll fix that.
Coming back
After having children, an injury or a few years off. We start where you are, not where you used to be.
Building towards something
A wedding, an event, a recomp, a first meet. You want a plan with a finish line on it.
Wanting to get properly strong
You're done with random workouts and ready to train with structure and progression.
Getting started
How it works.
Fill in the form
A few quick questions about your goals, your training history and anything I should know about — injuries, schedule, the lot.
We have a chat
I'll get in touch to talk it through, answer your questions and work out what kind of coaching suits you.
First session
We meet at the gym, see how you move, and build your plan from there. No pressure, no judgement.
Questions
Good to know.
Where do sessions happen?
I train clients at Snap Fitness Papamoa. Fill in the form and we'll sort out times that work for both of us.
Do I need any experience?
None. Plenty of the people I coach started with zero gym experience. I'll teach you everything from the warm-up to the last rep.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how often we train together. Fill in the form and I'll send you the options that suit what you're after.
Do I have to compete in powerlifting?
Not at all. I love the sport, but most of my clients just want to be strong, feel good and move well. Competing is there if you want it.

Ready when you are.
Tell me where you're at and what you want to work on. I'll get back to you and we'll figure out the best way to start.
